The Mission of the Department

The mission of the Chemical and Materials Engineering Department at the King Abdulaziz University (KAU) is to prepare highly qualified chemical and materials engineers who are well trained to pursue professional careers in industry, government or research establishments. The department thrives to conduct world-class research and provides consultation services to the community in the chemical and materials engineering sciences and technology.

The Mission of the Chemical Engineering Program

Is to graduate chemical engineers who are qualified to pursue professional careers in industry, and are prepared for graduate studies
